About me :
Dr. Rahul Kumar is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Pandit Deendayal Energy University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Prior to joining PDEU, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher in CeNSE at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore (India). He received his Ph.D. in Microelectronics from the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur (India). He received Gold Medal for his Ph.D. thesis research work in 2D materials-based sensors. His research interests include device fabrication, 2D materials, sensors, thin-film technology, and nanoelectronics.
