Dr. Rahul Kumar is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Science Engineering at the Institute of Infrastructure, Technology, Research And Management (IITRAM) Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Previously, he worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Pandit Deendayal Energy University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Before joining PDEU, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher in CeNSE at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore (India). He received his Ph.D. in Microelectronics from the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur (India). He received a Gold Medal for his Ph.D. thesis research work. His research interests include Device Simulation & Fabrication, VLSI, 2D Materials, Sensors, and Nanoelectronics.
